Stainless Steel Peace Pole

This was an exploration in ways to put the message on stainless steel peace poles. Here a groove was cut in the stainless steel to outline the characters.
The Chinese character shown in these photos is larger than it would be on a normal peace pole. With this sample I was looking at whether this technique would work for an institutional size peace pole. However, this method was so expensive that simultaneously I worked on another method that is more affordable.
