isn't the first Tabletop Peace Pole I've made. But suddenly this month (November
2009 - just in time for Christmas) it occurred to me that if a Tabletop Peace
Pole was wide enough, it could stand on its own without a base clunking up the
space around it. Suddenly Tabletop Peace Poles made sense to me.
This Resin Tabletop Peace Pole is two feet tall, four inches wide, and weighs two and a half pounds. It comes with four translations of your choice.
This
also could be placed outdoors in a garden (see below).

Why didn't I think of this years ago?
Planting outdoors by sliding over a 2x4
This is big enough to slide over a 4x4 or a couple of pieces of 2x4. To plant
this over a 2x4, cut the 2x4x8 in half to make two 2x4s four feet long. Slab the
halves together to make one 4x4 four feet long. Bury 26 inches of it. Slide this
24 inch peace pole over what remains.
